End of Sale of Select Models of the 7500R Series MACsec Line Cards
Arista Networks announces the upcoming end of sale for a line card in the 7500R Series. The product part numbers covered by this announcement are listed below in Table 1. The last day to order the affected products is January 28th, 2021. Customers with active support contracts will continue to receive support from Arista TAC (Technical Assistance Center) as per the dates listed in Table 2, the End-of-Life Milestones.
Migration Options
Customers are encouraged to plan a migration to the newer 7500R2 Series MACsec modules that provide equivalent or higher performance with improved scale and lower power. The newer modules support all existing features and offer enhanced functionality.
