CloudVision CUE 15.0.1
Release Date: Q3, 2023
This release of CloudVision CUE introduces features that enable switches to be onboarded, configured, and managed directly from CV-CUE. By having APs and now switches centrally managed in CV-CUE, administrators have a more holistic view of how traffic on the network is behaving and provides the tools to continually optimize performance.
Following are the highlights of this release
- VXLAN tunnel from access points (AP) to switches. By having the same VXLAN configuration for APs and switches, you can aggregate all wireless traffic from the same VXLAN to a single wired destination for better traffic management and visibility.
- Wired monitoring capabilities allow you to onboard switches (710P, 720XP, 720DP) to CV-CUE, configure and manage switch-related settings directly from the UI.

More information about these and additional enhancements are available in the CloudVision CUE User Guide.
New Wi-Fi 6E Access Point C-330
Release Date: Q2, 2023
The Arista C-330 Access Point broadens Arista’s Wi-Fi 6E indoor offerings, where customers can choose between three models, based upon their ceiling, wall, desktop and coverage requirements (see chart below). The C-330 rounds out these offerings with the perfect balance between performance and cost.
The C-330 is an indoor AP featuring concurrent 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz 2 stream 802.11ax operation. The C-330 has integrated IoT support and an additional dedicated tri-band multi-functional radio that provides security, network assurance and AI/ML driven troubleshooting. As with the Arista C-318 indoor wall mounted access point, and the C-360 top of the line ceiling mounted access point, the C-330 leverages all of the benefits of Wi-Fi 6E, including 5X improvements in performance, less channel interference, and wider bands for higher throughput and lower latency.

The C-330 is targeted for customers looking to upgrade from older slower performing access points, and do not require the ultra high performance of the C-360. Like all other Arista access points, the C-330 is managed via CloudVision CUE while traffic and forwarding plane decisions are handled locally, thereby avoiding single points of failure, and the inefficient hairpinning of traffic.
The C-330 is competitively priced with a simple licensing structure where all software features are included with the access point.
