2017 - Launched Arista “Any Cloud” with vEOS Router for flexible multi-cloud connectivity.
2018 - Introduced first Campus Switching Products. Acquired Mojo Networks and Metamako; surpassed 20 million cumulative ports shipped.
2019 - Introduced 400G and Cloud EOS Any Cloud, advancing network performance and scalability.
2020 - Acquired Big Switch Networks and Awake Security and achieved the #1 market position in the 100/200/400G ports market.
2021 - Launched AI/ML-driven AVA security; reached 50 million cumulative ports shipped.
2022 - Acquired Untangle and Pluribus Networks. The company introduced Arista CUE (Cognitive Unified Edge), a cloud-managed solution consolidating networking and security functions and 400/800G AI Networking solutions, expanding AI-driven data handling capabilities.
2023 - Entered the WAN Routing market; achieved 75 million cumulative ports shipped.
2024 - Celebrated the 20th anniversary of the company, 10th IPO anniversary, and the milestone of 10,000 customers. Reached 100 million ports installed globally and attained the #1 market share in data center switching. Launched Smart Etherlink™ 800G AI platforms, marking Ethernet as the de facto standard for the AI Center.
