Indicates the system health.

Indicates if the iDRAC Quick Sync 2 wireless option is activated. The Quick Sync 2 feature allows management of the system using mobile devices. This feature aggregates hardware/firmware inventory and various system level diagnostic/error information that can be used in troubleshooting the system. You can access system inventory, Lifecycle Controller logs or system logs, system health status, and also configure iDRAC, BIOS, and networking parameters. You can also launch the virtual Keyboard, Video, and Mouse (KVM) viewer and virtual Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), on a supported mobile device.

Indicates if the system is turned on or off. Press the power button to manually turn on or off the system.

Press the Non-Maskable Interrupt (NMI) button to troubleshoot software application and device driver errors when running certain operating systems. Use the end of a paper clip to press the NMI button.

The System Identification (ID) button is available on the front and back panels. Press the button to identify a system in a rack by turning on or off the system ID LED.

When pressed, the system ID LED in the back panel blinks until either the front or rear button is pressed again. Press the button to toggle between on or off mode.

Enables you to connect a display device to the system. For more information, see Specifications.

The LCD menu buttons enables you to perform actions similar to GUI, RACADM, and the WS-Man interfaces.

The Information Tag is a slide-out label panel that contains system information such as Service Tag, NIC, MAC address, and so on. If you have opted for the secure default access to iDRAC, the Information tag also contains the iDRAC secure default password.

The LCD panel displays system ID, status information, and system error messages. For more information, see LCD Panel Features.

Enables you to install drives that are supported on your system. For more information about drives, see the Specifications.

The iDRAC Direct port is micro USB 2.0-compliant. This port enables you to access the iDRAC Direct features.

The SD vFlash media card slot provides persistent on-demand local storage and a custom deployment environment that enables automation of system configuration, scripts, and imaging.

One vFlash media card is supported.

The USB ports are 9-pin, 3.0-compliant. These ports enable you to connect USB devices to the system.

The USB ports are 4-pin, 2.0-compliant. These ports enable you to connect USB devices to the system.

Enables you to retrieve and store data on optical discs such as compact discs (CD) and digital versatile discs (DVD). For more information, see Specifications.

By default, the Quick Sync feature is not available. The Quick Sync enables system management by using mobile phones. This feature aggregates hardware or firmware inventory, various system-level diagnostics, and error information used in troubleshooting the system.

Use the blade handle to slide the blade out of the enclosure.

Indicates the status of a blade installed in an enclosure.

Indicates if the management functions of the USB1 port is controlled by the iDRAC.

Press the blade power button to turn the system on or off. The indicator on the button indicates if the system is on or off.

Use the QSFP+ port to access Infiniband or Ethernet networks.
